Welcome to West Berkshire Community Wellbeing Outreach, where we offer free NHS Health Checks and support to enhance your overall wellbeing. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in West Berkshire has the opportunity to lead a healthy life, with a particular focus on those in vulnerable communities or facing heart-related issues.

Our primary goal is to take a leading role in West Berkshire by providing health checks, advice, and guidance that contribute to improved health and wellbeing for all.

Our Mission:

We are a collaborative effort involving local health and community services, working together to promote overall well-being. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives, make healthy choices, and address community inequalities. Our qualified staff conducts health checks in the community, with a special focus on identifying and assisting those at higher risk of serious health issues, such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Our project also addresses various factors affecting individuals’ health and well-being.
