On Thursday 8th February, Solutions 4 Health will be attending the Getting Serious About Cardiovascular Disease Prevention 2018: Reducing Variation and Optimising Care conference as exhibitors.
This is the fifth annual Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) prevention conference hosted by Public Health England and will take place in London. The focus of this year’s conference is on reducing variation and optimising care.
As exhibitors, Solutions 4 Health will be sharing their experience of carrying out Outreach Health Checks in Integrated Lifestyle Services such as Let’s Get Healthy Dudley, Healthy Peterborough and Cardio Wellness 4 Slough.
