Our teams’ capability allows for the capture of referrals from all sources; undertakes assessment and uses motivational interviewing techniques; and is able to produce bespoke performance analysis.
Solutions 4 Health is a field leader in transforming service provision to best meet the needs of the populations that we serve. We have successfully integrated a wide variety of public health programmes in consultation with staff and commissioners, to produce a better and more innovative approach to keeping people healthy.
We currently provide over 20 services to over 100,000 members of the public annually. We employ over 300 healthcare staff and have a number of doctors and nurses who work with us. We are proud that more than 60% of our workforce have TUPE’d from the NHS, keeping their Terms and Conditions.
Nationally, we deliver healthcare services to 15 Councils which include Integrated lifestyle services, sexual health services, adult and child weight management, children’s lifestyles services in schools, falls prevention, NHS health checks, smoking-cessation, clinical services for Tier 3 weight management, new information systems and technology solutions. We also deliver Chronic Disease Self Management courses and our healthcare team have been trained by the Stanford School of Medicine.

We are delighted to be supporting both communities and workplaces, providing Rapid Lateral Flow Tests (LTF) from December 2020. These tests are for people who have no Covid-19 symptoms – also called asymptomatic people. As many as one in three people who have coronavirus have no symptoms and may be spreading it without realising.
We are pleased to welcome the Smokefree Hampshire service from the 1st October 2019. Smokefree Hampshire will enable smokers to choose their level of stop smoking support. This includes the option of obtaining information to move through their quit attempt without traditional Advisor support, receiving support via the Smokefree Hampshire online platform or over the telephone or traditional sessions with an Advisor. We are very proud to be part of the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.
Solutions 4 Health and its integrated Health Visiting, School Nursing Service and Sexual Health Service is committed to the protection and safeguarding of all who use their services including children and young people.
The Organisation ensures that the outcomes for children are improved by having robust safeguarding children arrangements in place, multi-agency working and ensures that the voices of children are heard.

Our Public Health services include: weight management; stop smoking services (NCSCT approved Provider); falls prevention; NHS health checks outreach and follow up (shortlisted for LGA Award); Integrated Health; Public Health Nursing; Sexual Health; chronic disease self management including pre-diabetes.
Experts in their field, our Wellness Coaches engage and target delivery to the hard to reach members of society through outreach work for routine and manual workers: BME, pregnant women, mental health service users and young people as well as providing accessible services in deprived wards.
