Smokefree Sefton are officially launching their FREE stop smoking service, supporting residents to give up the habit and lead a healthier lifestyle!
Smokefree Sefton is a service by Solutions4Health offering tailor made programmes and support that works!
The service offers support in a range of settings, including community venues, pharmacies, supermarket and even a mobile clinic which is located a various venues across the town where you can drop in and see one of their approachable and trained advisors. The service also offers motivational texts and phone support to keep you motivated between appointments.
Smokefree Sefton will holding two events to celebrate the launch of their service, which will coincide with Stoptober, the 28 day challenge! The launch events will take place on Chapel Street, Southport on the 27th September and at Bootle Strand, Stanley Road, Bootle on the 30th September. Both events will take place 11am-3pm and stop smoking advisors will be on hand to offer advice and free CO monitoring from the mobile clinic.
