This is a new campaign that combines a closed group session and physical activity into a 12-week free programme. There is very strong national evidence that closed groups offer high retention and success rates. This is why we have combined this with a combination of 5-a side football, aerobics, Salsa & Zumba classes!
This is a really exciting and innovative campaign that should make a significant difference for the New Year and beyond. All activities will be FREE to the end user and we have a professional dance company that are helping us to run the Salsa & Zumba sessions.
