On Bank Holiday Monday a number of Solutions4Health personnel will be taking part in the Colour Run to be held at King George’s Field in Twyford. All proceeds will be going to the local Youth Centre where our ‘Let’s Get Started’ courses are held.

It’s a fun event with no pressure to run, jog or even amble along the course. Walking is perfectly acceptable, and no-one will be taking any notice of timings!  The key element though is that as you go along the 1k, 2k or 3k distances spectators will be invited to throw many different coloured powders over the participants. This is an event all about having a fun time, raising money and transforming into a crowd of travelling rainbows.
