We are pleased to announce that our latest service, Public Health Nursing 4 Slough launched on the 1st October 2017. We have been commissioned by Slough Borough Council to provide integrated 0-19(25) public health nursing services and have a highly skilled team of health visitors, school nurses, nursery nurses, managers and administrators. This team will continue to provide an excellent service, supporting the children, young people and families of Slough. Support is also available up to the age of 25 for individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disability. This support ranges from new baby reviews through to areas such as promoting oral health and signposting children and young people into local pathways and services for those at risk.
It is our vision to transform the service delivery through true integration and digital innovation including new systems, technology and supporting website and social media. We have been working in Slough for many years, providing health promotion services on behalf of the council and we already provide a number of other services in the area including CardioWellness4Slough, Eat4Health, FallsFree4Life and Smokefreelife Berkshire.
